Return & Refund Policy

At The Bar House, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

  • Items must not be on sale or marked as “final sale.”

Note: Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at Connect@thebarhouse.com within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photo(s) of the item (if damaged or defective)

  2. We will review your request and send you return instructions if your return is approved.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.


3. Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed in one of the following ways:

  • Online Payments: Refunded to your original method of payment (within 5–10 business days).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded as a store credit or via bank transfer (as mutually agreed).

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear images or videos showing the issue.

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund after verification.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Used, worn, or washed products


7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping.

  • If the return is due to customer preference, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
